Terms of Use

These terms apply to photoshoots booked with Julia Litvin Photographer through photographer-in-paris.com or through our messages. By booking a session you agree to them.

Booking and deposit

A deposit holds your date. The rest is paid on the day of the shoot. The prices in force are listed on our prices page; weddings and elopements are quoted individually.

Changes and cancellation

If you cancel more than two weeks before the shoot, the deposit is refunded. Closer to the date it is not refunded, but it does not expire: we move your session to another day. If heavy rain makes a shoot impossible, we reschedule it at no cost.

On the day

We meet at the agreed place and time. The session lasts the time you booked.

Your photos

You receive hand-edited photos in a private online gallery within one week, or sooner with express editing. The gallery stays open for downloads for two months, so please save your photos.

Using the photos

The photos are yours to share and print, and you may use them on your website, your profiles and in advertising. The copyright stays with the photographer. We may use a few photos in our portfolio and on social media unless we have agreed on full privacy before the shoot.

Permits and locations

A private session in the streets, bridges and parks of Paris needs no permit. Venues, rooftops and private places may have their own rules and fees, which we tell you about in advance.
