Who we are

What we collect

When you send a request through the form, we receive what you type: your name, your WhatsApp or phone number, your email if you add it, your dates in Paris, the type of photoshoot, your message and how you found us. When you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we receive your messages.

During a photoshoot we take photos of you and the people with you. Your edited photos are delivered in a private online gallery.

Why we use it

We use your data to reply to your request, plan and carry out your photoshoot, deliver your photos and keep the records the law requires for accounting. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a booking, the performance of the booking itself, our legal obligations and, for portfolio use described below, our legitimate interest.

Who processes it for us

The website is hosted in the European Union and served through Cloudflare. Requests from the form go to our customer management system, where our team replies to them. We also use an email provider and an online gallery service to deliver your photos. Each of them processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to manage your booking, and accounting records for as long as the law requires. Your online gallery stays open for downloads for two months after delivery.

Your photos and our portfolio

We may show a few photos from your session in our portfolio and on our social media. If you would prefer full privacy, tell us before the shoot and we will agree on it with you.

Cookies

This website uses only the technical cookies it needs to work. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Children

We photograph children only with their parents or guardians, who make the booking and give their consent. Children should not send us their personal data through the form.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
